Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Closing Deals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the startup or logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for results.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus.
