As a Front Desk Operations Coordinator at Stella Stays, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain stock control, and supervise the maintenance and cleaning team to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve front desk operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and increase productivity.
