**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Tarjama&. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.

About You:

  • You have approximately 7 years of proven enterprise sales experience gained in a high-tech, IT Consulting or Services company selling to enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Extensive experience of successfully selling into complex accounts with a strong negotiation and closing track record.
  • A good understanding of Language and Translation services and the challenges faced within the specific market sectors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners to promote business growth.
  2. Prepare and present compelling proposals, solution demos, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and effectiveness of our tailored language services and tech solutions.
  3. Manage your sales pipeline and track key metrics related to business development initiatives.
  4. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, suggesting improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business management or any related field is preferable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent in-person and phone-based presentation skills.
