Job Summary

This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of municipal services.

Key Activities:

  1. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  2. Take minutes at meetings and distribute them accordingly.
  3. Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies, and procedures.
  4. Review and edit reports to be presented to the Board.
  5. Prepare documents and reports on the computer.
  6. Schedule Board meetings and prepare their agendas.
Required Qualifications

A strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.
