The Senior Manager – Customer Success role is responsible for leading key accounts and project executions for strategic clients in the vertical, acting as a consultative partner.

  • You will be accountable for developing relationships with key clients and servicing their research requirements, exploring and generating cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise across research types, including brand health tracking, C-SAT/MS, U&A studies, and more.
  • Prospect for new opportunities, take research briefs, develop relevant research proposals, and create suitable research designs and sample plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Guide team members through all research stages, from questionnaire development to data analysis, report writing, and client presentations.
  • Provide advice on project execution, inform clients on progress, and give specific instructions to other departments regarding information collection and electronic processing.
  • Handle client queries or complaints, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide advice and consultation to clients and staff.
