Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Front Office professional to join our team at Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
  2. Personalized Guest Experience: Ensure guests are personally greeted by name, if known, and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed.
  3. Hotel Familiarization: Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization and assist guests with hotel activity inquiries/requests.
  4. Knowledge of Hotel Services: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions, and any allied information to respond to guest queries.
  5. Rate and Occupancy Management: Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels.
  6. Front Desk Cashiering: Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all laid down systems, policies, and procedures.
  7. Account Management: Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems.
  8. Guest Confidentiality: Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
  9. Hotel Policies and Procedures: Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures, and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Qualifications: A degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge of an additional language.
  3. Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer Literacy: Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are an advantage.
