Business Development Representative

Overview:
Abroad Work seeks a skilled Salesman to leverage their expertise in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with customers, and a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell products or services to customers and introduce new products into the market
- Identify potential customers and promote products/services to them
- Process orders and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide outstanding customer service by following up on orders and inquiries
- Establish relationships with vendors or suppliers and participate in promotional activities or trade shows
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Salesman or similar role
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a valid work permit for foreign applicants
