We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining smooth office operations by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Phone Management: Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Office Supply Management: Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Filing and Data Entry: Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic, and perform basic data entry tasks.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
