Senior Administrative Coordinator

TGCC Middle East is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our General Manager and office operations in Riyadh. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple calendars, coordinate appointments, and handle correspondence for senior management.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Coordinate large-scale meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5+ years in executive assistance, office administration, or a similar role.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Location: Ideally based in North Riyadh for easy office access.
Language: Fluency in English (Arabic and/or French is a plus).
