Sitech, LLC seeks a seasoned Finance and Administration Manager to oversee our financial operations. As a key player on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

  1. Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
  2. Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Support the development and implementation of budget plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Manage cash flow efficiently, performing bank reconciliations as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy.
  6. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, guaranteeing smooth transitions and adherence to regulations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial processes, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and practices.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry, showcasing expertise in financial management.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.
  5. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, providing valuable context and insight.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  2. Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on precision and timeliness.
  3. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.

  5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Arabic a plus.
