We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager – A&D to drive sales growth in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Kuwait.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow Ansys software adoption within target industries. This includes identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of sales experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government, Chemicals, Plastics, or Manufacturing industry.
  • Prior experience in selling engineering simulation software (Ansys, Siemens, Dassault Systems, Altair, COMSOL, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of simulation applications in industries such as structural analysis (FEA), aerodynamics (CFD), material processing, and multi-physics modeling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B enterprise sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
