The Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, drafting communications, and coordinating meetings.
About the Job- Provide administrative support to the SVP or VP, including undertaking research, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and meeting logistics.
- Draft routine memos and communication following templates and guidelines, including typing letters, taking minutes of meetings, and other informal and formal correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality of office files, records, documents, and data handled, as well as perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the SVP or VP.
- Schedule, organize, and manage internal and external appointments, meetings, and events, as well as answer telephone calls and demonstrate proficiency in using office equipment.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative assistant role with High School diploma.
- Or, a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role with Diploma in Executive Secretary, Office Management, Administration, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Arabic language is required, with English language proficiency preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, are essential.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization abilities are necessary for success in this role.
