Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security & Administration Coordinator to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for managing repairs reception and shipping, ensuring seamless logistics operations, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Repair Management
  • Receive and process repairs from carriers and dealers in a secure and compliant manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of repairs, including conditioning, stamping, and sorting.
  1. Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Logistics & Compliance department to ensure efficient repair management.
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of stock pieces for repair from regional warehouses.
  1. Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with carriers and dealers.
  1. Quality Control
  • Perform quality checks on returned items to ensure they meet Richemont's standards.
  • Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
  1. Administrative Tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of repairs, shipments, and inventory.
  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
  1. Education and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant logistics or administration training or certification preferred.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PDF.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  1. Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or administration role.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
