Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, coordinating repairs to office equipment, and providing receptionist services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure municipal operations are maintained effectively.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain office files and records.
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
Support to Council
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Assist with the preparation of motions, policies, and procedures.
  • Review and edit reports to the Board.
  • Prepare correspondence for Board members.
Receptionist Services
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Answer phones and direct calls.
  • Respond to inquiries.
Other Duties
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
