Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, coordinating repairs to office equipment, and providing receptionist services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure municipal operations are maintained effectively.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain office files and records.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Assist with the preparation of motions, policies, and procedures.
- Review and edit reports to the Board.
- Prepare correspondence for Board members.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
