About the Role

Maison Chaumet seeks a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our boutique.

You will have the opportunity to:

  1. Become an expert in Chaumet's products and services, advising clients on their purchasing decisions;
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences;
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance;
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform your sales approach;
  5. Contribute to the development of commercial growth strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the luxury and jewelry industry;
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Business acumen, with knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis;
  • Empathy and personability, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
