Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead the full sales cycle, driving enterprise sales, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and convert leads into long-term customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accounts.
- Positioning FlyAkeed as a strategic travel management solution among C-level executives, HR, finance, and procurement teams.
- Driving enterprise-level sales with a consultative approach, understanding the client's business needs and travel challenges.
- Managing complex negotiations and ensuring a high close rate for high-value contracts.
- Providing market insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance FlyAkeed's product offerings and sales strategies.
- Mentoring junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP, or enterprise software.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth.
- Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Presentable, accountable, and responsible.
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools is a plus.
