Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the full sales cycle, driving enterprise sales, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and convert leads into long-term customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accounts.
  2. Positioning FlyAkeed as a strategic travel management solution among C-level executives, HR, finance, and procurement teams.
  3. Driving enterprise-level sales with a consultative approach, understanding the client's business needs and travel challenges.
  4. Managing complex negotiations and ensuring a high close rate for high-value contracts.
  5. Providing market insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance FlyAkeed's product offerings and sales strategies.
  6. Mentoring junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP, or enterprise software.
  3. Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth.
  4. Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations.
  5. Fluent English speaker.
  6. Presentable, accountable, and responsible.
  7. Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools is a plus.
