Business Development Manager

The Senior Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stockiest, and other stakeholders
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Leading and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
- Conducting regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including SSFL Control Agenda and Control Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team development. You will work closely with our regional managers to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of sales field experience in FMCG
- Very good English and Arabic language skills
- No travel restrictions
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and thinking skills
- BA degree and computer literacy
