IT Sales Growth Manager

Tamkeen Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to clients effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain market awareness, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions and resolve client issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
