Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  2. Industry Knowledge: A passion for innovative technologies and an understanding of design processes.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  4. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible customer pain points and implicit needs.
  5. Independence and Self-Directedness: Independent and self-directed, and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision.
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. CRM and Business Development Tools: Proficiency in CRM and business development tools.
  8. Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
