Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving key business decisions and navigating complex sales engagements within a set of large accounts in SAP. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop unique solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop solutions that meet customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions through consultative selling methodology.
- Proven track record of success in managing highly complex organizations and applying risk-mitigation strategies to customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
