  8. You will execute social media campaigns and track ROI for marketing campaigns.
  9. You will network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
  10. You will analyze the performance of all posts to optimize and enhance the performance of the posts/campaigns based on their objectives.
  11. You will report any intriguing and new insights and simultaneously raise any flags regarding recurring perceptions and concerns.
  12. You will moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
  13. You will ensure uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
  14. You will interact through social media to public comments, posts, tweets, and mentions, responding directly to all customer concerns and providing positive engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  15. You will use data to identify insights and build compelling strategies to drive positive engagement.
