SHIFT inc. is seeking a highly skilled Workshop System Efficiency Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our workshop operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our workshop systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of workshop system entries to ensure compliance with standard processes and benchmarks set by upper management.
  • Process Validation: Validate processes, benchmarks, and lead times for mobile workshops, client onsite job cards, and system utilization for QS/PMS on a daily basis.
  • Cyclical Process Monitoring: Monitor cyclical processes and entries, and report irregularities to the Workshop Support Team.
  • Fleet Management: Monitor the Fleet Plus system and workshop maintenance management system for fleet movement to and from workshops.
  • Inventory Management: Clean up unwanted vehicles in ERP Fleet Plus related to workshop/other departments.
  • Vehicle Coordination: Coordinate and plan vehicle actual status in WSMMS and Fleet Plus for vehicles available in the workshop.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Workshop Support Team, coordinator, Foreman, Parts team, and job controllers for daily WSMM system job card creation and closing.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts central data, parts coding, inventory, and reconcile every quarter and monthly.
  • Low-Moving Spare Parts Identification: Identify low-moving spare parts items and report/share with spare parts and workshop in charge.
  • Off-Road Reporting: Monitor and prepare off-road reports and coordinate with business units to resolve disputed and delayed misuse approval cases.
  • Data Compilation: Compile information and data on all fleet repair and maintenance both in the system and Excel sheet.
  • Parameter Setting: Set parameters and monitor that all maintenance QS-PMS and accidental data captured in WSMMS are updated timely and accurately.
  • Data Upload: Upload outside repair workshop fleet maintenance data in WSMMS and Fleet Plus to trace maintenance history.
  • Training and Development: Train all workshop staff on WSMMS and Fleet Plus system and updates.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by the workshop Supervisor/Manager.
