Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in achieving targets and optimizing sales performance. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, and ensuring a smooth customer journey while maintaining a hands-on approach in the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Coaching:
  • Supervise and support the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to team members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to align on lead generation and retention strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM tools and follows best practices in sales processes.
  • Customer Relations & Support:
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support sales representatives in handling complex negotiations and inquiries.
