About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Ibtikar Fire Protection. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving retention, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments.
- Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
