Key Responsibilities
  • Verify all invoices for accurate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Process payment requests through bank transfers.
  • Process supplier payments via bank transfer.
  • Cross-verify hired manpower and equipment's timesheets.
  • Maintain petty cash and reimburse expenses.
  • Verify all expense reports.
  • Provide advance cash for new joining employees and record in the system.
  • Review purchase orders and quotations, and create sales orders.
  • Close all customers' invoices at month-end.
  • Record customer invoices and cash/bank deposits.
  • Reconcile credit customer accounts monthly.
  • Close all sales invoices at month-end.
  • Visit warehouse for monthly inventory material checks.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and payable and issue invoices.
  • Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience as a financial professional.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and functions.
  • Able to work independently with great attention to detail.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Be capable of advancing to an advanced level of proficiency in using systems.
