Head of Private Banking Relationships

Job Description:
- Rely on excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with high net worth (HNW) clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's financial status, risk tolerance, and investment potential to offer tailored investment and financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Managing a portfolio of private banking clients and offering lending solutions, including collateralized lending, mortgages, and tailored credit facilities to HNW clients.
- Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills with a proven track record of working with HNW clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant qualifications (MBA is an advantage).
- Familiarity with local regulations governing private banking, AML, KYC, and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze clients' financial status, risk tolerance, and investment potential.
- Deep understanding of private banking products, including investments, lending, and wealth management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage and deepen client relationships.
