Job Description:

  • Rely on excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with high net worth (HNW) clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's financial status, risk tolerance, and investment potential to offer tailored investment and financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Managing a portfolio of private banking clients and offering lending solutions, including collateralized lending, mortgages, and tailored credit facilities to HNW clients.
  • Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
  • Strong relationship-building and sales skills with a proven track record of working with HNW clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant qualifications (MBA is an advantage).
Skills
  • Familiarity with local regulations governing private banking, AML, KYC, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze clients' financial status, risk tolerance, and investment potential.
  • Deep understanding of private banking products, including investments, lending, and wealth management.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage and deepen client relationships.
