About the Opportunity

Trend Micro is a global leader in cybersecurity, and we're seeking a talented Major Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively selling our products and services into major enterprise accounts.

Your primary focus will be on engaging customers directly, leveraging and partnering with resellers and global system integrators to meet and exceed quota. You will act as the account lead for assigned accounts based on the client value proposition and work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide trusted advice on best practices and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively sell Trend Micro's products and services into major enterprise accounts.
  2. Engage customers directly, leverage and partner with resellers and global system integrators to meet and exceed quota.
  3. Act as the account lead for assigned accounts based on the client value proposition.
  4. Work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide trusted advice on best practices and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in account management in information technology/security solutions companies.
  • Experience working with oil & gas, government, BFSI, and commercial market sectors.
  • Ability to effectively engage at the C-level.
  • Working knowledge and experience in selling key cybersecurity, networking, and IT products and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization and cloud-based solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or management with equivalent work experience preferred.
