Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at TLC Worldwide. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and pursue new business leads, identifying potential partners and clients that align with our business goals.
- Represent TLC Worldwide at Industry Events: Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop winning proposals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles, including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, as well as negotiate complex deals.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office: Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
