Board Secretarial Services Manager

SAB is seeking an experienced Board Secretarial Services Manager to oversee the compilation of meeting packs for our Board and Sub-Committees. This role requires strong research skills to improve the process of compiling meeting packs through standardization or innovation of new processes.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a banking environment or financial consultancy firm and a deep understanding of HSBC best practices, templates, and processes. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly accrual sheets received from Finance.

We require someone with excellent written and spoken English skills and Arabic proficiency is preferred. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
