We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager I to join our sales team at Saudi Telecom Company.

Responsibilities:

  1. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key client accounts on cyber topics.
  2. Identify and acquire new corporate and government customers to increase profit and ensure growth.
  3. Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to cater to customer requirements.
  4. Generate cyber opportunities through cyber partners and RfPs.
  5. Set short-term plans according to customer requirements to maximize profits.
  6. Support in generating new customers/clients by determining effective sales plans to attract new customers/clients.
  7. Ensure successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
  8. Support in negotiation processes and opportunity closures to increase revenues and reduce costs.
  9. Update account plans based on client needs and requirements.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Sales, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Years of Experience:

  • Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.

Preferred Professional Certificates:

  • Professional certification in Account Management is preferred.

Job Specific Skills:

  1. Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
  2. Advance proficiency in sirar by stc's products/services.
  3. Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
  4. Advance proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
  5. Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
