- Oversee all communication channels of the call center
- Coach call center staff through complex customer service issues
- Analyze call center data and compile reports for senior management
- Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance on an annual or as-needed basis
- Lead team meetings and present to executives
- Develop quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans
- Create work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Establish personnel and supply budgets for approval
- Proactively manage interactions with customers and telesales teams to follow up on upcoming treatments and schedule future appointments
- Promote existing and new services, aligning offers with customer needs
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration
- Professional certification required: Customer Experience "CX"
