About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to join our team at DIMENSIONS. As a guest relations manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Coordinate check-ins, manage luggage collection and storage, and oversee check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet clients upon arrival, inform them about hotel facilities, and provide personalized services.
  • Improve Guest Satisfaction: Analyze customer feedback, suggest ways to improve ratings, and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
