Customer Relations Specialist

The Guest Relations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless interactions between CORE Life and our valued members. Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous support to members, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Membership Administration: Manage membership administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate records and efficient processing.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate with the CORE Life team to promote events and activities, engaging members and increasing participation.
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community among members by organizing social events, encouraging member interactions, and promoting cross-selling opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in customer service, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
