Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide training professionals to ensure excellence in their work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness using metrics and analytics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in training and development, particularly in learning technologies.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent management and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and coaching within the organization.
  • Ensure training programs are inclusive, catering to a diverse workforce.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and determine necessary training interventions.
  • Prepare comprehensive competencies mapping to align training programs with required job skills and performance expectations.

  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms and training material creation tools.
