Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Female Business Development manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the spa, wellness, and healthcare sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and real estate, with a strong network of connections to real estate developers in Saudi Arabia. Residency in Riyadh is a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Sales

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities for Premedion KSA in the spa and wellness sectors.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with major clients across the Kingdom.

  • Maintain an up-to-date list of prospective clients, expressions of interest, and upcoming bids while regularly reporting outcomes to management.

  • Strategic Initiatives and Representation

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Premedion KSA's overall business development strategy.

  • Represent Premedion KSA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales within the spa and wellness industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the spa and wellness industry, market trends, and key players in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven expertise in marketing, prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the spa, fitness, healthcare, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be residing in Riyadh.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
