- Leverage your expertise to cultivate a robust pipeline of sales activity, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
- Demonstrates authenticity and a genuine passion for engaging customers and understanding their business challenges.
- Exhibits thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset, adeptly applying customer insights and technological expertise to position Pure's portfolio as the solution to persistent problems.
- A seasoned hunter with proven prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between boardrooms and data centers while passionately advocating for the advantages of Pure Storage solutions.
- Displays excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, capable of building and deepening relationships over time.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Expertise leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
- A consistent track record of surpassing quota and driving referenceable business.
- Passionate about post-sales customer success.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on Public Sector new logo acquisition or business development in a technology vendor or partner, consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues.
- You will be based in Riyadh already, or have long-term referenceable experience selling in Saudi Arabia.
- This is an office-centric role; you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week when not with clients or partners.
