Sales and Business Development Specialist

Nestlé Waters KSA seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah Industrial City.
Main Purpose of Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customers prospects to boost growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and penetrate new customers in the market to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote and sell the company's product, ensuring after-sales services are provided to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate them to the responsible manager when necessary.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and propose marketing plans accordingly.
- Prepare reports on closing activities, follow-up, and growth against targets.
- Maintain a high-standard customer database for sales growth.
- Support promotional and special marketing initiatives to promote the company brand.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School level education or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least +1 year of related experience preferably in the FMCG sector.
