Main Purpose of Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customers prospects to boost growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and penetrate new customers in the market to achieve assigned sales targets.
  2. Promote and sell the company's product, ensuring after-sales services are provided to customers.
  3. Resolve customer issues and escalate them to the responsible manager when necessary.
  4. Conduct market research, analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and propose marketing plans accordingly.
  5. Prepare reports on closing activities, follow-up, and growth against targets.
  6. Maintain a high-standard customer database for sales growth.
  7. Support promotional and special marketing initiatives to promote the company brand.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. High School level education or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. At least +1 year of related experience preferably in the FMCG sector.
