Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Business team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting salespeople in the pre-sales phase by handling customer-initiated leads and providing excellent support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers within 24 hours via various online channels
- Qualifying leads before assigning them to salespersons
- Supporting sales teams in value discovery meetings and preparing necessary materials
- Maintaining up-to-date CRM data for sales funnel, customers, and opportunities
- Providing administrative support to salespersons, including tasks related to tenders, orders, equipment, and customer inquiries
- Assisting in organizing customer visits, tasks, and events
- Preparing sales reports and summaries as requested by Sales Managers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 2-4 years of experience in administration, preferably in sales organizations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
- CRM experience is a plus
- This role is open to Saudi nationals only
