Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and develop business strategies in assigned accounts.
About the Role- You will be responsible for leading business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute proposals to maximize win rates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the CST to optimize opportunities for clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
- Design value propositions and conduct proposal reviews.
- Lead the opportunities pursue process for all received RFIs, RFPs, and client-generated propositions.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team to optimize opportunities for clients.
- Provide visibility of sales pipeline through CRM pipeline management systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 10-15 years of experience in a high-productivity multinational organization, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a consulting firm delivering work.
- Strong public sector experience.
- Demonstrated consulting skills background.
- Ability to earn a Trusted Advisor status with clients.
- Positive and enthusiastic manner in dealing with a cross-section of people.
- Well-organized, detail-conscious, pro-active, hard-working, and resilient.
