Telecom Sales Professional

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service provider customers
- Develop and own the account management business plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete business solutions
- Plan and implement sales strategies to meet agreed-upon targets and timelines
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry
- A solid technical background or extensive knowledge of Cisco and/or competitive technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high growth expectations
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
Bonus Points
- Sales experience working with telecom/service provider customers
- Skilled in understanding customers' business drivers and aligning them to Cisco solutions
- Strong negotiation skills to craft solutions beneficial to customers and Cisco
