Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Handle high volumes of incoming calls for the Line Manager, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports for the Line Manager and assigned department, including data analysis and presentation recommendations.
- Mail and Documents: Sort and prioritize incoming mail, route outgoing items to department mailboxes, and ensure materials are prepared for meetings or special events.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
