About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Program Leadership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex strategic market initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Program Management: Oversee the execution of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with Philips' global and regional objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for all program-related escalations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Project Governance: Develop and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with Philips' strategic priorities and execution standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in market development, program management, and/or business strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
