We are seeking a Head of Saudi Market Development to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of the Course team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have +10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sector. They will possess excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills, as well as a data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners in the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • +10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
