Regional Business Development Manager

The Regional Sales Manager TEM is responsible for overseeing and developing the sales performance of product lines in the EMEA ATEM Business Unit.
Key areas of focus include:
- Driving and expanding Teleflex base business according to strategic goals defined by the individual BU and agreed Sales Objectives with selected dealers.
- Developing strategies together with the EMEA BU to accelerate growth in selected markets of the region.
- Supporting dealers with all commercial activities and programs TFX can offer.
- Ensuring dealers recognize the economics of TFX' Focus Products and its benefits for dealer business.
- Monitoring Distributors to Quota on a quarterly and annual format.
