Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support to our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, handling paperwork, and providing information to ensure that customers' needs are met and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by assisting with daily sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals, and quotations.
  • Sales Support: Support sales staff by following up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) collection to ensure Jotun's liquidity remains balanced.
  • Communication: Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
  • Customer Service: Convey external inquiries and information effectively and coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc.
Requirements
  • Qualification: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support function.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbally and written.
