Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customer-centric strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer experience strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Nationality: Saudi Arabia.
- Residence Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.
