Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a cohesive team environment, motivating and inspiring team members, and ensuring effective collaboration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to lead by example, and have a track record of resolving issues and improving processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Create an environment that fosters trust, open communication, creative thinking, and teamwork.
  • Motivate and inspire team members, setting a good example and demonstrating behavior consistent with words.
  • Coach and develop team members, helping them resolve dysfunctional behavior and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Maintain healthy group dynamics, intervening when necessary to address issues.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.
  • Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement, recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Decision-making ability.
  • Ability to integrate into a new work environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
