  • Negotiate contractual requirements with consultants and contractors to facilitate the placement of Major Contracts.
  • Manage a team of commercial staff, providing technical guidance and support contract administration.
  • Risk assessment and procurement strategy expertise.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Provides technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensures proficiency and timeliness of contract administration.
  • Reviews requests for proposals to identify risks and contractual terms not conforming to Company policy.
  • Negotiates complex contractual issues and maintains active participation in related professional societies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in mixed-use development projects and PMO/PMC projects.
  • MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent qualifications are required.
