Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the entire Customer Experience Services portfolio to our Major Accounts.
Main Responsibilities
You will develop and execute services sales strategy for assigned customer(s), drive sales of new services within customers, and forecast and report the business. Additionally, you will build the pipeline for the future, publish service responses for Request for Proposals (RFP), and close cooperation as part of the account team(s) and with other departments both at internal market and abroad.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have 7+ years of professional experience in value-based sales positions in the Internet, Communication, Technology (ICT) sector, preferably in a modern international environment. You should also have strong experience and understanding of the specificity of the service, consulting, and advisory services sale.
