Customer Success Representative

Bounty Hunter World is seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers within the HoReCa and wholesale sectors.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa and wholesale channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam).
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa and wholesale sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with HoReCa and wholesale customers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Currently residing in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
